The architecture of Iran has special features compared to the architecture of other countries of the world; features such as proper design, accurate calculations, proper cover layout, technical and scientific manners in the building, elevated porches, long columns and finally various decorations. These features represents the magnificence of Iranian architecture.
The architecture used in the shrine of Imam Reza is considered as the pure Islamic art. This shrine includes dome, minarets, finials, porches, museums and library.
Ceramics or tiling is a beautiful example of Iranian architecture. Like other Iranian arts in the Islamic era, tile art has its own credibility and value. The history of this art goes back too far.
